Clause 5.1 of our agreement with clients:

The Contractor undertakes to ensure that the Customer's website, located at the URL: ______________, is found on the first page of search results of the Yandex search engine (organic or advertising) for the key phrases/words listed in the Technical Assignment (Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement) starting from the first billing period. In the event of a violation of this clause of this Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to pay the Customer a fine in the amount of 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) rubles 00 kopecks in a specific billing period in which such violation was discovered, subject to compliance with clause 5.2 and in the presence of an official claim in writing sent by the Customer by Russian Post to the Contractor's postal address.
